Integrity is the cornerstone of my personal real estate career. I believe it is essential to be honest in dealing with every aspect of a transaction. My desire is to educate my customers and clients as we work through the process of purchasing or selling their home. I welcome questions as a signal the customer needs to know more, and I am willing to share insights I have gained over twenty-five years of experience in the real estate profession. I am convinced that informed consumers will be happy with their decision. I'm relying on that satisfied customer to send future referral clients to me. It's the most flattering compliment I could receive to be recommended to a friend.
Another important aspect of my business experience is putting you in touch with other professionals that offer a real estate related service. Only those that hold high levels of integrity and dependability will be referred to complete your transaction. They have proven their trust over years of excellence.
One of the most interesting aspects of the profession is that of handling customer call-ins. I'm a believer in answering the phones with a smile. Customers are very perceptive as to how you feel about your work. Often you are the first impression for your company. Therefore, it is most important to dress and speak professionally.
To stay sharp on the job, you must reward yourself with some time away. My favorite escape is cruising, but if time won't permit, a day on one of the nearby lakes is always welcomed. Visiting the quaint rural towns of Texas is another passion. I love to study the old county courthouses.
I welcome the opportunity to repay the community for its support. Our annual fish fry for MDA gets everyone involved. Santa's workshop for the soldiers, families on Ft. Hood is always a joy to support, you can't replace those children's smiles.
My family is of utmost importance in my career. My husband of forty-two years has encouraged and supported my career while he served all over the world with the Army. My daughter still makes a valuable contribution in the technical area. Carrying on the military tradition, our son is a LTC in the US Army assigned to the Pentagon in No. Virginia. I am so proud of the contribution my immediate family has made by serving in the armed forces. I use our National flag as a house warming gift for purchasers.
I expect to be around for many years to come. I want my past clients to consider me their real estate reference source. My goal is to establish myself as a second generation Realtor.
